Inbrottsförsök/burglary attempt

Det har varit ett inbrottsförsök i en lägenhet, men de lyckades inte bryta sig in genom säkerhetsdörren.

Med anledning av detta vill vi uppmana alla att bara släppa in personer som ni känner eller väntar besök av när det ringer på porttelefonen.

There has been a burglary attempt in an apartment, but they failed to break through the security door.

For this reason, we would like to urge everyone to only let in people you know or wait to visit when they call on the doorphone

Nedskräpning/Littering!

Vid upprepade tillfällen har det lämnats kvar möbler, skräp och sopor i trapphus, på gården och i garaget.

Det kostar föreningen pengar att städa upp efter de som ej kan ta hand om sitt eget skräp och leder till att alla får höjda månadsavgifter. Det är upp till er boende att hålla ordning i soprum, trapphus och övriga allmänna utrymmen.

On repeated occasions, furniture, debris and garbage has been left behind in stairwells, in the yard and in the garage.

It costs the association money to clean up after those who cannot take care of their own garbage and leads to everyone getting raised monthly fees. It´s up to you residents to keep order in the garbage room, stairwells and other public areas.

Dörrar & portar

Tyvärr har vi haft inbrott i garaget, där bl a elcykel och cyklar blivit stulna. Vi ber er vara uppmärksamma på att dörrar och portar stängs ordentligt efter er så att vi slipper ovälkomna besök.

Stulna cyklar

Tyvärr upptäcktes idag 19/3 att det varit inbrott i garaget och bl a har en elcykel stulits. Elcykeln är anmäld till Move About som gör polisanmälan. På grund av detta kommer elcykelpoolen vara stängd för bokningar tills elcykelstället har blivit lagat. Har ni blivit bestulna på er egen cykel så får ni själva polisanmäla det och kontakta ert försäkringsbolag.
