Skräp och föremål som ligger kvar i korridorerna utanför förråden vid slutet av oktober kommer att forslas bort och slängas.
Junk and other items left in the corridors outside the storage units by the end of October will be collected and disposed of.
Assa har nu installerat uppdateringen till vårt garagesystem. Söndagen den 8:e september mellan kl. 18.00-20.00 kommer styrelsen att befinna sig vid garageporten för att ta emot & koda om alla medlemmars fjärrkontroller.
Assa has now installed the update to our garage system. Sunday, september the 8th, between 18.00-20.00, the board will be at the garage door to receive & code all members’ remote controls.

Styrelsen har beslutat att grillning med elgrill eller gasolgrill är tillåtet på balkonger.
Grillning på gården får ske på gräsmattan ovanför garagenedfarten men är förbjudet under dagisets verksamhetstider.
The board has decided to allow electrical and gas grills on balconies.
It is also allowed to grill on the yard, but only on grass slope over the garage. It is not allowed to barbeque on the yard during the opening hours of the day care.
Föreningens fastighet är nu Svanenmärkt och har fått sitt certifikat. Certifikatet hittar ni på hemsidan under dokument. En del banker ger rabatt på bolåneräntorna om fastigheten är Svanenmärkt.

Älvstranden Utveckling AB har nu påbörjat arbetet med den tillfälliga parken. För att komma till garagenedfarten ska ni köra på plattorna längs med muren, det är ett s k gångfartsområde.

Brf Lindholmspiren har tecknat ett 10-årigt lokalhyreskontrakt med Göteborgs Stad Förskoleförvaltning fr om 2019-06-01 angående förskoleverksamhet. När verksamheten startar och ansökan till den hänvisar vi till Förskoleförvaltningen, 031- 365 09 60.

Brf Lindholmspiren has signed a 10-year lease agreement with the City of Gothenburg Förskoleförvaltning as of 2019-06-01 regarding pre-school activities. When the business starts and the application for it, we refer to Preschool Administration 031-365 09 60.
Hyr du inte en parkeringsplats i garaget men ändå parkerar där kommer du att bli bötfälld. Vi har anlitat Parkeringstjänst Väst AB för detta uppdrag.
